We are able to provide this service free of charge to the client since on being appointed as Brokers to the Insured, we would, by law, receive Brokerage from the insurance company on the Normal Premiums paid.
Our Company has a team of internationally trained personnel led by Edward Mensah, a Chartered Insurance Practitioner of the Chartered Insurance Institute in London, well known in international insurance circles and who was the first Chief Executive of the African Reinsurance Corporation (an international organisation owned by the African Development Bank and Member States of the African Union - A.U.) and before then, the first Chief Executive of the Ghana Reinsurance Company.
James Wood, also a Chartered Insurance Practitioner of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London, who was for twelve (12) years with African Reinsurance Corporation and rose to be the Regional Underwriter for the North African Office in Casablanca, Morocco, joined the firm in 1988 bringing with him added expertise and rich experience in the Marine/Aviation branches especially.
Mr. Ato Acquaah Midley is also an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner. He has 38 years experience in the insurance broking business, having previously trained in Germany and United Kingdom.
Mr. Akwasi Beniako Oppong is also a Chartered Insurance Practitioner of the Chartered Insurance Institute, London. He has 25 years of experience in the insurance industry in Ghana having previously worked with the former Great African Insurance Company and Vanguard Assurance Company for ten (10) years before joining EMWA in 2004.
